These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where local consumer-protection laws apply, those laws prevail to the extent of any conflict with this section.
